Who needs to provide this documentation?

You only need to capture and submit security screenshots if your device does not have the Secfix agent installed.

This applies to:

  • Personal or BYOD devices used for work

  • Contractor or freelancer devices without agent installation

  • Any system accessing company data or tools (e.g., Gmail, GitHub, Slack, Notion)

If your device has the Secfix agent installed, no screenshots are required.

What needs to be documented?

For each device without the Secfix agent, you must submit screenshots showing proof of:

  • Password Manager Installation

  • Hard Drive Encryption (BitLocker for Windows, FileVault for MacOS)

  • Antivirus Installation and Active Status

  • Screen Lock Configuration (timeout set to 15 minutes or less and password lock enabled)

One complete set of screenshots is required per device accessing company systems.
