Connecting your ticketing system to show that your security issues are closed on time and properly managed is one of the key requirements of many compliance standards.
To connect your Ticketing Systems, go to Integrations and choose one of the 23 tools that are available:
Secfix only connects to a particular ticketing system for ticketing information, MRs are not monitored, or anything related to development.
Tracking security issues
Secfix helps you track the most critical security issues by identifying relevant tickets through labels and priority fields. Here's how it works:
Security Labels
We automatically pull in tickets tagged with security
by default. You can also add your own custom labels. For example, sec-issue
, vulnerability
, or anything that fits your team's process.
Priority Levels
You can customize how ticket priorities are mapped. Out of the box, we look for platform defaults like P0
, Urgent
, or numeric levels, but you can add more:
Level | Example Labels |
P0 | P0, Urgent, Highest |
P1 | P1, High |
P2 | P2, Medium |
P3 | P3, Low |
You’ll find a “Customize Labels” option in each integration, there you can update these mappings to match your own setup.
One or Multiple Connections
By default, each workspace can connect one ticketing integration. If you need to:
Add multiple accounts (e.g. several Jira instances), or
Connect to more than one system (e.g. Jira + ClickUp)
… just reach out to our team. We'll help you extend your limit so your setup scales with your needs. Once extended, you'll be able to add and manage multiple connections directly in the Secfix interface.
