Migrating your domain is a crucial step to ensure smooth access to Secfix. Follow these steps to make the transition as seamless as possible.
1. Confirm Your Domain Change Date
First, let your Customer Success Manager know the exact date you plan to change your domain. This date is binding, so please ensure it’s accurate.
2. Deactivate IDP Sync
A day before the scheduled domain change, we will deactivate the sync with your Identity Provider (IDP). This prevents any issues with duplicated users.
3. Review and Update Domains
On the day of the domain change, we will manually review and update your domains. Once this is completed, we will notify you to log in with your new domain.

Make sure all your users are aware of the upcoming changes.
Check for any dependencies that might be affected by the domain change.
